Glacier
ski training
(July)
A 10 day training is planned in July (i.e. schedule) and
divided into 2 training periods which join in a coherent and consistent
programme:

July 2nd to 6th
-
July 9th to 13th
The aim is basic technical work: skier position,
trajectory, awareness of the mechanisms, free skiing, slalom and
snowpark initiation.
1 or 2 coaches are planned following the number of
racers.
Price of the training period per racer: 650 euros
This price includes:
full board for 5 days; coaches’ fees; ANEGA ’s fees (gates, analysis
software, ski tuning gear, …); ski pass; the afternoon activities.
The Price is 60
euros/day
without ski pass and lodging.
Attention: Skis will be
tuned every day but racers must have their GS and Slalom skis already tuned
and waxed on the first day.
Skiers should also make sure they have their workout gear for afternoon
activities (shorts, running shoes) and a swimsuit. A CD or a USB key will be
useful to keep training videos.

The first training period is from October 27th
till October 31th in Tignes.
Lodging is in a chalet, full board.
